    Status: Needs information => Open

Richard Cheung gave more information on the question:
I have two interface eth0(WAN) and eth1(LAN). eth1 was set to have static IP
10.1.1.100. I can ping the Internet and localhost but not the LAN, e.g.
10.1.1.1. The ping command just shows "PING 10.1.1.1 (10.1.1.1) 56(84) bytes of
data." and stopped. I press Ctrl-C and it shows the following:
^C
--- 10.1.1.1 ping statistics ---
229 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 229820ms

I have no idea why I can't ping the LAN.
