You will find it's
http://dell-mini.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/pool/
and not
http://dell-mini.archive.canonical.com/ubunti/pool/
run:
gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
and modify the line. Save the new file and run:
sudo apt-get update
