Hmmm. My /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf now looks like this...
Section "InputClass" Identifier "touchpad catchall" Driver "synaptics" MatchIsTouchpad "on" MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*" Option "ClickFinger3" "1" EndSection ...but upon reboot I did get a tab closing upon single left click still. Is it absolutely necessary to perform the "sudo synclient ClickFinger3=1" action? Cheers, John. -- Touchpad sends a middle click instead of left click. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/636720 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-synaptics in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
