Okay, some more info - more usefull ;) update-apt-xapi gets up to 99% cpu and stays like this for long periods, but this is not the problem because this happens only occasionaly
The main problem seems to be the mutter app which is unoptimized. Everytime I launch something mutter starts to eat > 50% cpu...
