This bug is extremely disappointing and annoying. Running a fresh up-to-date Lucid 10.04.1 install, discovering a bug, willing to report that bug, but being hindered by such desperate slow performance of Launchpad in Ubuntu's default web browser Firefox (3.6.10)! I just installed Opera to write this comment and it "operates" as fast as usual.
