Same for me on DualCore E6500 desktop, GT240, Ubuntu 10.10 64bits. Lots of error in dmesg and problems with suspend/resume, problems with virtual terminal switch. Please consider at least Medium priority for this bug as many people are affected and no workaround except downgrade to Lucid.
