Hi, Same issue. I have a Sony Vaio VPCF137F. I installed Maverick RC fresh and it came up with 800x600. I installed nvidia drivers and on a reboot the display hangs at plymouth (or the text version). I even tried the x-swat version of the drivers, same issue. Good to know that an older version was working for others.
