Thanks for your bug report. The logs show that you are using packages
from the xorg-edgers PPA. Can you please attach the log files from using
standard packages (for instance running the live CD)? If you can access
network and the text console in this case, you can run "apport-collect
643118" to have the relevant files uploaded.
