You have been subscribed to a public bug: I have 2 GFX-Cards, one nVidia 7800GT and one nVidia 7600GT - I use the proprietary driver from "Hardware Drivers" This bug occurs when dragging my mouse from the farthest right screen to the one in the middle.
What happens is that the mouse starts flickering and I am unable to move it more than 25% into the next screen, sometimes I can move it back to the original screen and it returns to normal. Other times it does not return to normal and I have to hard-reboot. I have reported this one the Ubuntu forums too and I am not the only one with this problem: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=9449595#post9449595 And: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1502753 Ubuntu 10.04 ** Affects: nvidia-graphics-drivers (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Incomplete -- Mouse lock/disturbance when moving mouse from one screen to other in Tri-screen xinerama-setup https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/593069 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
