Helllo i confirm this BUG for my hp dv6700 laptop in ubuntu lucyd . i work with an usb mouse and the touchpad together. when i disable the touch pad, even mouse and keybord stop working and i have to reboot the system . The mouse and even the touchpad can't sselect widgets on the panels ,thus i have to reboot with the CTRL+ALT+CANC menu
