Tried both upgrade from Update Manager and fresh install from CD. Both
fail. From the CD, I can only get to the initial menu that comes up
after it asks for language. When I try to run or install, the CD
program hangs on a blank screen. From the Update Manager, the upgrade
installs lucid, but then the computer will not boot at all past grub.
I use a Toshiba Satellite A45-S130. It has running Ubuntu since
Intrepid, currently running Karmic.
