You have been subscribed to a public bug: After Ubuntu upgrade to 10.04 from time to time I experience corruption of some objects on screen. This happens after the system is running for long time. The first symptom is substitution of few letters with letter-like shapes all over the screen. Then it takes more and more letters and some other graphical objects are filled with garbage.
The attached screenshot shows both phenomena: many letters are corrupt and there are 3 rectangles that contain random pixels. I have no idea what system component is responsive for this. ** Affects: xorg-server (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Corrupt letters and bitmaps on the whole screen https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/577223 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg-server in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
