Hi Jean-Baptiste, I can do that if you can help me out on how to run the memtest as I do not get to see any grub screen or selections of any sort so I am not sure what I need to be doing.
When I turn on the pc, just loads up straight to Ubuntu without trouble, I gather that these tests needs to be done during the booting phase. Just let me know what I need to do and I am happy to deliver their outputs. Cheers, Peter. ________________________________ From: Jean-Baptiste Lallement <jeanbaptiste.lallem...@gmail.com> To: p.taylo...@yahoo.com.au Sent: Mon, 3 May, 2010 4:57:23 AM Subject: [Bug 573438] Re: package libglu1-mesa 7.6.0-1ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: Thanks for your report. The relevant error is --- Preparing to replace libglu1-mesa 7.6.0-1ubuntu4 (using .../libglu1-mesa_7.7.1-1ubuntu2_i386.deb) ... Both reports you filed makes me suspect a hardware problem.
