I took some pictures to add to this. The first shot is of my laptop LCD after manually killing X. Right now, I can't even get X back all the way after killing it.
Second pic shows a cloned display almost working. You can't tell, but the TV is wavy, and both screens are at some low resolution. Third pic is what happens when I tried to just set my laptop LCD back to native resolution. The same thing happens if I try making an extended desktop. ** Attachment added: "X.org failed recovery" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/46437291/0429102142-00.jpg -- Flickery Display upon using XRANDR extension, for multiple monitors or otherwise https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/567659 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-ati in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
