Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
If the laptop is untouched for about ten minutes, the display dims to a blank screen. If I catch it in time, it stops, but if I am away, and I type something, the login comes up, and I have to sign in to get back onto the computer. As well, because it may be a power settings problem, the battery/charging icon in the taskbar comes and goes erratically, whether it is on battery power or not, and whether "always/charging/battery present/ect" is selected for when to display the icon. That is going to be reported in a separate bug.
