Same here as Reece wrote on 2010-03-12, wopply screen on different external monitors, scan lines everywhere but recognizable screen.
Hardware is Samsung R60plus and ATI Radeon 2300 Mobility running on Lucid Beta1 and the problem exists since an update in Aplha3.
