The problem here is that /usr/share/apport/apport-gpu-error-intel.py, which is supposed to automatically report a bug for a GPU error, itself crashes. For some reason the Apport retracing service thinks this is a bug in nvidia-graphics-driver even though /usr/share/apport/apport-gpu- error-intel.py is in the xserver-xorg-video-intel package.
