I fix the dependency problem. I had to remove all the nvidia packages and install the modalias packages and the nvida-common. I installed 195.22 and the problem is back. flash-flash then login screen. Therefore the problem must be in the nvidia accelerated server as the NV, non-accelerated work fine.
This morning I had an update on nvidia 195.30.
