Sorry about all the emails, but I'll be out of town all week. I got it working after trying another command from man radeon: Here is the new xorg.conf that is working for plugging my S-video out to my TV and turning it on or off in the /System/Preferences/Display applet. This option in Device section does the trick. Don't know if this is a bug because I did not have to use this option in Intrepid.
