I can also confirm the bug. I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 (fresh installed), and also had the problem on 9.04.
Every time my computer boots I get this error: [ 2.350092] render error detected, EIR: 0x00000010 [ 2.350095] page table error [ 2.350097] PGTBL_ER: 0x00000100 [ 2.350100] [drm:i915_handle_error] *ERROR* EIR stuck: 0x00000010, masking [ 2.350109] render error detected, EIR: 0x00000010 [ 2.350111] page table error [ 2.350112] PGTBL_ER: 0x00000100 don't know if it's related. The same error comes every time Ubuntu 9.10 has resumed from suspend and I afterwards change to a tty. I have a i915GM graphics controller. I've attached a batch dump from the latest freeze. ** Attachment added: "dri_debug-20091101.tgz" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/34825818/dri_debug-20091101.tgz -- [jaunty, karmic] X freezes every day or so https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/438346 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
