Same problem on Dell Inspiron 700m. If someone can tell me how to debug mouse problems, I'll start working on it. But, I might just download a CD and do a fresh install if I don't get some info on howto debug, and fix this problem, real soon. I am posting this from my old Microsoft XP laptop and it's painful to use!
