to answer Timo's question: IGC_OPTION__LINK_KHRONOS_SPIRV_TRANSLATOR is ON by default as well when the other flag is used "-DIGC_OPTION__USE_KHRONOS_SPIRV_TRANSLATOR_IN_SC=1"
