I recently upgraded a Dell XPS 13 from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04.1 and got
this error message:

"Could not install 'tmp/apt-dpkg-install-
IQiTjQ/611-xdiagnose_3.8.10ubuntu0.1_all-deb'

The upgrade will continue but the 'tmp/apt-dpkg-install-
IQiTjQ/611-xdiagnose_3.8.10ubuntu0.1_all-deb' package may not be in a
working state. Please consider submitting a bug report about it.

unable to open 'usr/lib/systemd/system/failsafe-x.service.dpkg-new': no
such file or directory"

I'm guessing it's the same bug? thanks
