I've been experiencing this problem/issue almost everyday. But after following the guide of @yarly on the Compiz and Nvidia Settings plus the guide of @pete on adding ( Option "UseEvents" "on" ) on xorg.conf the performance of Ubuntu is much more fine. CPU is now more calm unlike before that it sounded very noisy and it produced a high amount of heat.
