When using my wacom intuos medium 2018 tablet on Ubuntu 22.04 I can
interact with some windows, but not others.
For instance, I can draw and select tools in Inkscape, but cannot drag
objects around in the Layers window. I also can't click Save or Don't
Save in any application's exit popup window.
