1. Edit /etc/default/grub and change:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i915.enable_psr=0"
2. Run: sudo update-grub
3. Reboot.
