It appears the Nvidia driver is somehow not installed properly. Xorg is
using software rendering instead of the Nvidia driver on this machine.
That's also why it doesn't support the HDMI connector.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Nvidia driver. Also check to see
if you have any custom Xorg config files that might cause the Nvidia
driver to not get loaded.
