Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
If I run acroread, the X server locks up immediately. The Acrobat window never appears. Usually the cursor still moves, but the display doesn't update. In one case the cursor stopped moving too. Either way, I can still use Ctrl-Alt-Fn to switch VTs, and restart the X server, but the problem seems to be always repeatable. The machine is a Dell Latitude D610, with an ATI graphics chipset, using the radeon driver.
