Despite from sistem -> aspect-> grafic effects says that compiz was disable, I had to make compiz non-executable: sudo chmod a-x /usr/bin/compiz Now , booting with kernel 2.6.31-14 and defaul xorg.conf (without "vesa"), the system works great.
So, for me, the problem is compiz and driver intel. (However, why with vesa, the system get a black screen at boot?)
