OK this looks like a proper freeze, meaning nothing has crashed and nothing is logging about it. To move forward, please install 'openssh- server' so you are able to log into the machine from another machine and observe the freeze.
Please log in to the affected machine via ssh and during the freeze run: ps auxw > processes.txt and send us the resulting text file.
