Reading your report my responses are mostly that you need support. If it's a bug, it probably relates to xorg-server , which if added will cause apport-collect to collect useful information (where currently it doesn't know what to grab as Ubuntu is generic and not graphics related - your issue sounds graphics/video related to me). This bug report can be converted to a question (aimed at support, bug reports are aimed and finding problems and fixing so subsequent users won't stumble with the same issue).
