It appears your system is having some disk trouble which may be related:

So please try booting without your USB wifi dongle plugged in. If that
doesn't fix the problem then please run this command after a fresh
reboot:

  journalctl -b0 > curboot.txt

and attach the file 'curboot.txt'.
