1. It appears you don't yet have the latest version of 'xserver-xorg- video-intel' that was released in 2016. If you have installed any PPAs then please remove them using 'ppa-purge' and then fully update the system:
sudo apt update sudo apt full-upgrade 2. Please also explain in more detail when the problem happens. 3.
