Were you trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04? I notice you have a 64-bit CPU but have the 32-bit Ubuntu 16.04 release installed.
Please try downloading the latest Ubuntu from here: https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop and reinstalling from scratch.
