Public bug reported: Ubuntu does't detect the device when I plug a USB Flash drive onto the USB 3.1 Gen 2 port on my motherboard. I can't find the device in lsusb output. If I reboot the system with the drive plugged, I can mount the drive in file manager. If I unplug and plug it again, Ubuntu doesn't detect the device. My motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX B360-G. Tried stock bionic and latest v4.16/v4.17 mainline kernels.
