My crash (#447411) occurred after installing the following updates: initramfs-tools 0.92bubuntu51 0.92bubuntu52 gwget 1.0.2-0ubuntu2 1.0.2-0ubuntu3 policykit-1-gnome 0.94-1ubuntu2 0.94-1+1git.230873 libpolkit-gtk-1-0 0.94-1ubuntu2 0.94-1+1git.230873
After the crash, glxinfo did not detect any GLX extensions and I was unable to run OpenGL applications and Compiz. I downloaded and installed the latest beta nvidia drivers (190.32) and that resolved the problems for me.
