I have the packages in ppa:canonical-x/x-staging, but wayland should bump it's breaks/replaces against the mesa packages to fix file conflicts (because we didn't pull in this change yet). libwayland-dev might also need to be split to have egl frontend/backend headers in separate packages, I'll look into that first and push it to Debian, then sync to ppa again.
