Sounds like either an incorrect usage of wl_surface::set_input_region by the clients, or an incorrect default by gnome-shell.
Certainly the spec says it should be "infinite" by default: https://wayland.freedesktop.org/docs/html/apa.html#protocol-spec-wl_surface So that should stop this from happening even with the simplest native Wayland clients. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to wayland in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1739625 Title: Mouse events pass through pure Wayland windows To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mutter/+bug/1739625/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
