Public bug reported:
It has something to do with the NVIDIA driver that has just been updated. It starts in low resolution with startup. Can startup in recovery modus. My GPU is Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 970 desktop. If I disable bootloader graphics and disable VESA framebuffer driver and disable PAT memory I get a cursor and a blackscreen.
