My apologies first. I posted about this at several places and forgot to update here. This bug is not with the package I previously tagged. In fact, this problem went away after I installed `xserver-xorg-video-intel` which was not included in Lubuntu 16.04.
And it appears that I ran that apport command before checking if I have xdiagonose.
