Carl Worth provided a nicely detailed analysis of the issue on the upstream bug. The gist is that as per the spec, this behavior when using zero-width lines is permitted to differ from driver to driver, and it is up to wine to use width=1 lines instead of zero-width lines.
I will forward this bug to the wine package for further handling, since it is not considered an X driver bug. ** Package changed: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) => wine (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: wine (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => New -- Missing pixel while using Wine due to a bug in the intel driver https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/398244 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is the registrant for xf86-video-intel. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
