I think this is not related to the Intel graphics driver (I'm having the same problem with a nvidia video card).
Workarounds that worked for me: 1. Turn off antialiasing (fonts will be extremely ugly) OR 2. Add this to eclipse.ini: --launcher.GTK_version 2 So it looks like a GTK3 problems. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1508870 Title: Font corruption (gets bold) when scrolling in Eclipse To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eclipse/+bug/1508870/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
