Seems to be working, for people running Ubuntu 15.10, the location of the file (20-intel.conf) with the contents that Georgi mentions above is /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d (rather than /etc/X11).
You can check if SNA is enabled by: cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log | grep SNA If you see it in the log, reboot after creating 20-intel.conf file as described above and you shouldn't. And hopefully the crashes will go away. Initial testing seems to indicate it fixes it for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1510970 Title: Intel driver crashes on Ubuntu 15.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1510970/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
