I have the exact same issue. I have a Saitek Eclipse ii keyboard. It disables my Dell mouse. I'm on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.5 (Santiago). Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-573.3.1.el6.x86_64
