Mr. Penalver, I am new to Ubuntu having using MS OSs for years. I am not a developer so the information you and others have been requesting is foreign to me. All I know is that the Lenovo laptop I am using came with Windows 8 and when I rotated the monitor the screen followed it, but it doesn't with Ubuntu. The instructions you are asking me to follow don't make sense to me, so I can't follow them - I'm just a basic user, you see.
It is my understanding that Ubuntu would like to know about these types of issues, so I submitted the original question. If you would like to have more information on my machine, I would agree to allow you to access it remotely to do your testing. Darrel Knobloch On Mon, Feb 23, 2015 at 7:28 PM, Christopher M.
