I'm seeing xserver-xorg-video-intel already installed. It needed an update which I did. Currently, running kernel 3.16.0-24-generic and have been experiencing consistently many system hangs. Can move the mouse pointer, even flash videos continue playing because can hear the sound but the entire display is frozen. Seems to happen when the display is being stressed usually with a second monitor and under load. Couple days ago booted with 3.13.0-34-generic and the same thing happened. With 14.04, typically when freezes occurred if I waited a minute or 2 the system would recover and I didn't need to force a hard reboot. Using NVIDIA GeForce 610M Optimus hybrid graphics laptop and Bumblebee 3.2.1-5. Considering going back to 14.04.
