Ok, i've applied the patch and Gimp, Inkscape and MyPaint are behaving perfectly with my Wacom tablet. I've uploaded the fixed libgtk to my PPA : https://launchpad.net/~strycore/+archive/ppa . When Launchpad has built the binaries, you're good to go.
