I am also experiencing this since 2 days ago on my tests. I also face the same problem with the background window receiving the clicks and the front windows caring less about them.
At first I thought it was the mouse (logitech anywhere) so I changed batteries. I could move the cursor but no clicks. I even disassembled the mouse. Nothing. I then used another logitech. Same problem.
