Kernels 3.16-rc4, 3.15.5, and 3.14.12 contain a patch which fixes some hangs caused by the new radeon DPM (dynamic power management) code:
drm/radeon/dpm: fix typo in vddci setup for eg/btc eg is Evergreen (HD5000 series) and btc is Barts, Turks, Caicos.
