Public bug reported: The Thunderbird Mail program seems to prevent the launcher Auto-Hide from working. This makes it difficult to read Firefox content. It even makes the editting of this report difficult, since the launcher gets in the way of the editting box.
You might also want to know that I have found Compiz incompatible with Unity, in as much as it causes Unity and the desktop to flicker and blackout soon after log in. It is sort of 'fixed' by logging out of Ubuntu 3D, logging into 2D and then relogging in again to 2D.
